PARTHA ROY, KOLKATA: Thailand is celebrating “Amazing Thailand Grand Tourism & Sports Year 2025 ” Thailand is one of the most popular international destinations for Indians. Phuket is one of the most popular destination among Indian tourists. IndiGo will now operate flights from Kolkata to Phuket in Thailand daily. The first flight on this route has been started from December 27. NSCB Kolkata airport authority has congratulated IndiGo. A cake cutting ceremony was organised at the Kolkata airport on 27th December 2024 in presence of the crew members of IndiGo’s first flight on the Kolkata-Phuket route to mark launch of this new route.

On Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays, flight 6E 1901 will depart from Kolkata at 6 am (IST) and arrive in Phuket at 10:40 am (local time). On Wednesdays and Saturdays, the flight will depart from Kolkata at 6:50 am and arrive in Phuket at 11:35 am. On Sundays, the flight will depart at 6:50 am and land in Phuket at 11:40 am. The return flight 6E 1902 will depart from Phuket at 11:40 am on Monday and Tuesday and arrive in Kolkata at 1:20 pm. On Wednesday and Saturday, it will depart from Phuket at 12:35 pm and arrive in Kolkata at 2:20 pm. On Friday, the flight will depart from Phuket at 11:55 am and land in Kolkata at 1:40 pm. And on Sunday, the flight will depart from Phuket at 12:40 pm and land in Kolkata at 2:20 pm.
