Mr. Sharad Kumar Dwivedi, IAS, West Bengal Health Secretary, urged blending traditional and modern medicine, unveiling plans for a medicinal plant cluster and wellness centers in hilly areas and tea gardens to boost medical tourism. <\/p>\n

Ms. Dhivya Loganathan, IAS, Special Secretary and DG AYUSH, prioritized infrastructure and R&D, noting three Ayush colleges, four homeopathy colleges, and ten hospitals statewide. <\/p>\n

Dr. Yadu Mooss of Vaidyaratnam Ayurveda reported a 20% drop in Kerala’s Ayurvedic units post-Covid, alongside rising contract farming and Ayush-allopathy integration. <\/p>\n
