“Let Peace prevail” themed ISKCON’s 54th Kolkata Ratha Yatra begins

PARTHA ROY, Kolkata: 54th Kolkata Ratha Yatra is being celebrated from 27th June – 5th July 2025. Large no. of devotees of Lord Jagannath participating in Ratha Yatra to pull the chariot. Approximately 20-22 lacs visitors expected to participate including visitors from more than 50 foreign nations like USA, UK, China, Russia. Rath of Lord Jagannath is moving on new set of Sukhoi Fighterjet Tyres .

Puri’s Jagannath temple is replicated in outer structure of the pandal at Brigrade Parade Ground. ISKCON Ratha yatra is celebrated over 4000 places across 150 countries. West Bengal CM Smt. Mamata Banerjee is expected to visit on 3rd July 2025. On 27th June 2025. Smt. Mamata Banerjee is participated in ISKCON’s inaugural Ratha Yatra in Digha where a new Jagannath Temple was built on the inspiration of CM Mamata Banerjee.

Ulta Ratha Yatra will be observed on 5th July 2025. ISKCON’s effort of promotion of Krishna Consciousness – spiritual -socio- cultural values and promotion of peace as well as unity in diversity expanding & attaining new heights of excellence every day under leadership of ISKCON’s Vice President Sri Radharaman Das.
